Week 12 - Browns defeat the Cards 45-23

I just had a great game with Zach and the Browns.

The scene - It's the 4th quarter. The Browns are winning 31-23. I have just made Zach go 3 and out and I am looking at tying with a TD and two point conversion. He punts, and just as Zach is about to tackle, I call a fair catch. Just as I call it (and the animation is playing), Zach hits me hard, I fumble and he recovers for a TD. No flag called. Looks like the fair catch in the game is set to switch on after animation - and I got burnt.

It was so frustrating as it ruined what was a really fun game. No fault of Zach's, who I thank for playing. And Im sorry for posting what is a rant and whine - I think I'll feel better about it in a few hours.

This must be why, up until this week, Yamon Figurs refused to fair catch. He knew the shady (FIFA-level shady) refs wouldn't be on his side.
