Can you keep a secret? Ray Rice = over-rated

thats starting to become a fact in Detroit. 3 fumbles in the 3 games I've played with him, thats just absurd.
wanna give me your first round draft pick for ray rice? haha

Oh man, that sounds like Jonathan Stewart, who almost single-handedly lost me a game against the Seahawks by fumbling on the goal line. That jerk.
Lately though, he's been a good, if not exactly elite, back for me. Guess it takes time to get used to someone.

- Spoiler:
Ray Rice (92 OVR)
Speed: 89
Agility: 97
Acceleration: 98
Trucking: 76
Elusiveness: 93
Ball Carrier Vision: 96
Stiff Arm: 80
Spin Move: 88
Juke Move: 84
Carrying: 90
Sorry, but this is one of those "blame the player, not the player" kind of situations to me. I think Rice is great on paper.
And three fumbles with a 90 carrying rating? Are you holding the "don't fumble the ball" button? Or did the Chiefs get masterful at stripping the ball away?
Re: Lions beat chiefs
Im covering up the ball, but i guess the defensive players are just hitting me in the right spot or something. Hes great as a recieving threat out of the backfield. I think Kat is right though, I just need to get used to him. Jahvid Best didnt get going until about week 4 or 5 so well have to see.

I guess someone will be O-verhauling their O-line this offseason.

Yeah, probably.
What's interesting is that Ray Rice has very similar stats to Jonathan Stewart. It sounds funny, but those 89 speed power backs almost require more finesse than the speedsters. You really need to know when to hit the holes, hit the right stick, etc, since you can't just run around the offense (though 89 speed is still enough to outrun certain linebackers).

Re: Lions beat chiefs
Here is Rice's line against the Vikings a few weeks ago: Ray Rice (12, 45 yards, 0 TDs). I'm pretty sure I had traded away Jared Allen and Pat Williams before that game also. In hindsight, could it be that Todd made a huge stink over the Rice trade for nothing? While the score doesn't reflect it, I was a lot closer to the Lions in that meeting then earlier in the season.

DO NOT even start with that.
And the answer is a resounding no. I could run with this dude. Learn to use him!
Re: Lions beat chiefs
Who's Todd? Is that the guy who refuses to use the boards for some reason?
