Bengals Hit 2 Hurt in Week 2
Both Adam (owner of the Steelers) and Babyseat (owner of the
Bengalseats) could be heard around the world, screaming at their
televisions during this Monday's game that pitted the Pittsburgh
Steelers (1-1) against the Cincinnati Bengalseats (2-0).
The woeful injuries that plagued the Steelers last season cropped up yet
again in this heated division rivalry. Throughout the game, four
players were lost to injury.
Three to the Steelers: QB Jamarcus Austin - 1 wk - Torn Shoulder Labram
(90 OVR); RB Rashard Mendenhall - 3 wks - Torn Shoulder Labram (88 OVR);
WR Mike Wallace - 4 wks - Broken Ribs (86 OVR)
One to the Bengals: WR Broderick Cotton - 3 wks - Dislocated Elbow (68 OVR)
The start of the game showed off the Steelers offense and took up the
entire first quarter. Pat White and Roddy White were reportedly jerking
each other off on the sidelines, fantasizing about getting on the field
to play. The Bengalseats defense was able to hold the Steelers offense
to a field goal in the first quarter, and came away tired, but
relieved.
After the White's pulled up their pants and tucked their dicks back in,
Pat White promptly ran on to the field and threw an ugly pick to
Steelers FS Thomas DeCoud on the first play. It was quite apparent at
that point that something wasn't right. It was time to initiate rookie
WR Broderick Cotton over on the sidelines...
The Steelers took the golden opportunity and got an early 10-0 lead.
The Bengalseats were able to, then, drive down the field to put them
down by only a field goal with 1:13 to go. JaMarcus Austin, knowing
that the rival team would get the ball back in the second half, wanted
to get a bigger lead before halftime, but threw an untimely pick to
second year CB Reshard "Saint Street State" St. Saint. However, the
Bengals were still 74 yards away from taking the lead with a minute to
go. The initiation must have been a success because Pat White hit
rookie sensation, Cotton on a streak for a 74-yard TD. The rookie
showed off what little of his 25-rated Awareness he had, and ran
parallel to the endzone to soak a few more seconds off the clock before
taking it in for the score. With that, the Bengals went into the locker
room (raging boners and all) with a 4-point lead, looking forward to
getting the ball back.
The two teams played back and forth for the rest of the game with the
Bengals scoring 7 in the third quarter before being held to a field goal
early in the 4th after the Steelers were unsuccessful on a fourth down
attempt. After some great offensive playcalling by the Steelers, backup
QB Dennis Dixon was able to thread it into TE Deandre Jones for a TD
with 4 minutes to go. The Steelers were threatening to tie it up with
about :30 seconds to go, but second-year phenom MLB Titus Ridder had a
clutch INT to put it away.
The Bengalseats would go on to win the game, 24-17.
Key Stats:

Good god, Madden. Leave the Steelers alone. Your QB, your HB and your main WR...Madden hates you, Adam.

Very tough loss, Adam. Those Steelers/Bengalseats games are always brutal...
At least Jamarcus will be back next week.

Currently looking for a good drywall guy. I might have lost a remote in the wall that I chucked into it.

Yeah, it really is. That dude is a burner! Only out for two weeks, though. *phew*.
Sorry, Adam. I really wasn't trying to decimate your team.

I just had brain-wave! Player injury insurance. In return for cap dispensation I can offer you ravens players in the event that your players get injured.
Please note offer may not be avaiable in your region
