Vikings Board of Owners

Vikings Board of Owners
It has been decided that just having one owner is not enough for the Minnesota Vikings of the sub-Arctic Interior of Alaska. What is needed, or rather what will be needed until this coming Thursday is a substitute for the current week and for the following week as well. Normally I would be home right now, and I would be playing Chad's Eagles. It didn't quite work out that way though.
My Lead Operator and Operations Team Lead asked me to "hold over" for a week. Which means that they wanted me to stay up here in Prudhoe Bay for another week. We are going through a turn around, or TAR as it is commonly referred to, where we will be making upgrades to our equipment fixing what needs to be fixed. My facility has been in operation for more than 35 years and has some seriously aging equipment that needs to be upgraded. Normally, my facility would be well staffed for this, but nobody wants to work more than the 2 weeks that they normally work. Since Interns are cheap labor, $28.80/hr for a week of overtime working twelve hour shifts minimum, they asked me to stay and I said, "Yes. Yes I like money." Unfortunately, I do not have my 360 with me and can not play my regularly scheduled games. I will be home on Thursday and will be able to play my games then.
Sorry, to have put any of you out. Also, sorry Chad, I got wrapped up at work and was not able to take the time to track down who my alternates were for you. I have been working towards this for the past two years in school and when an opportunity like this comes around where I have to my superiors coming to me, and asking to stay and help out in any way that I can. . . . well, I couldn't say no. That, plus my wife really wants an iPad 2.
