This is pretty much a reaction to the latest Podcast - but I've dabbled a bit with Baseball Management Sims and the best IMO was Out Of The Park Baseball - the eleventh game in the series is out, contains 2010 Major League rosters and is $20. Well worth checking out if you're interested.

Beware though, if it's anything like Football Manager you'll be hooked...
