Texans rattle the Jaguars' BONES
"Truck truck truck truck truck truck," Earl "Bones" Bowman (which Gus Johnson pronounced "BAO-man"), Texans HB said after their first win of the season. He is explaining his running method to reporters.
"BOOM. And that's how I do it."
Bones was instrumental in a 35-14 win by Houston of Milwaukee Wednesday night, splitting carries with well-established running sensation Shonn Greene. Bones carried the ball 14 times for 104 yards and a touchdown, along with 3 catches for 37 yards and a receiving touchdown.
"We love having him. He helps add some ferociousness to our team," Greene said.
The Texans went up early on the Jaguars with Bones' rushing TD. By the end of the third quarter, the score was 28-0, which included a fumble returned for a touchdown by OLB DeMarcus Ware.
Houston made a statement about their running efforts, with 165 rushing yards and three TDs split between three different running backs (third stringer Ben Tate was the recipient of a four yard pitch for a TD). However, Matt Cassel proved impeccable in the few times he needed to throw the ball, throwing 8/8 for 135 yards and a TD to Bowman, with a QB rating of 158.3.
On the Jaguars' side of things, GM Rich Grisham should be proud of the way MJD ran the ball, netting 74 yards on 12 carries. Additionally, QB Tyler "Doughboy" Dougherty went 7/12 for 147 yards and two TDs, proving that he may be the man for the job in Jacksonville, as fans should be pleased with his 141.3 QB rating. Truly, the Brian Cushing sack and Ware fumble was the dagger that kept the game out of reach for the Jaguars.

It doesn't look like Rich played that bad from the stats. I guess it was just one of the those games

Even better is the 1-0 Cowboys currently 24th in the Power Rankings.
Re: Texans rattle the Jaguars' BONES
That's because the power rankings don't seem to credit people for offensive TDs
