I'm starting something with Fitch right now. He's a gigantic pussy. How do you almost get run over in the Dodger Stadium parking lot? That's absurd!

And from what I know from someone that saw the whole incident with the fan in the coma, he was challenging the two guys, thought he had won, and when he walked off was when he got hit. The whole thing is terrible and I wouldn't wish it on anyone, but that has nothing to do with Dodger Stadium security. Challenging two obviously drunk fans of a rival team is never a good idea.

I hate when people say that the reason that happened was because of a lack of security. The guy wasn't bumrushed by an angry mob, as most people think, it was an isolated incident that happened outside of the stadium with some drunk assholes. That's what happens when you get drunk, you do stupid shit.


Overall, I think that whole situation was absolutely awful and I feel for the family that was affected by it, but that's not an excuse for Fitch to jump on the bandwagon and start badmouthing a team.

Over here, security and public well-being in and around the stadium of a sports team is the responsibility of the Team's orginization. I would be surprised if this isnt the same for the 'States.

I would be interested to see a comparison of all MLB teams and how much they pay the local authorities to govern the local security of their 81 home games. That would put accountability on the organisation.

And also, in the public eyes, if you wear a team's colours and you leave another fan in a coma, then expect the "good" fans of that organisation to be tarred with the same brush. It should be up to us as fellow fans to completely reject the similar actions by our fellow team's "fans".

Walking away from confrontation is a win in most situations and regardless of any mitigating circumstances and the sobriety of the Dodgers fans, that is what they should have done.

I thought, heck maybe I was too late to get a mention on number 30, but when 31 rolled round and Todd said no one donated, and then with the Big Ups in 32, I was upset.....

I used the default windows voice recorder

I used the voice memo on my iPhone.

Those work but if you want to do some basic sound work go with Audacity! It is free and you can get plug-ins to help you add effects.
