Brisbane Roar, La la la, Brisbane Roar, La la la.
Just wanted to make a public posting to inform that my (and Dr. Ken's) hometown Football (read: soccer) team is currently on the longest unbeaten streak in Australian football history. 27 games without losing.
This season they lost only 1 game, and finished with 18 wins, 11 draws and a single loss. 58 goals for, 26 against. A-MAZ-ING.
What makes this even more astonishing: last season they had 8 wins, 6 draws and 13 losses, 32 goals for, 42 goals against.
Grand Final is being held in 2 weeks, which I will most definitely be attending, hopefully, with Dr. Ken.
COME ON YOU ROAR!

Brisbane Roar? Sounds like a minor league hockey team
Nice run though, hopefully there'll be a good fight for Dr. Ken to describe on the podcast.

Agreed, Brisbane Roar is a terrific minor league hockey name. Didn't they win the Australian Hockey League championship last year?
