Get Well Soon Rich
I want to take a moment to give some love to the AFC South's Rich Grisham.
Rich has (to me knowledge) been one of the players to play EVERY SINGLE GAME so far this season, and has had little success.
As a division rival, I recall my first game against Rich, where he
really did have my number for the 1st half, going into HT up 14-7. The
3rd QTR his team got 'maddened' which undoubtedly madened Rich, and he
ended up losing 42-17, but the game felt so much closer than that.
The AFC South has been extremely competitive this season, as most
leaguers know, but Rich has had a horror run, a schedule of death, and
has stuck with it week in, week out, and needs to be commended.
Rich's Schedule (With Week 15 W/L Record of opposition in brackets):
Texans (8-5)
Ravens (7-7)
Lions (8-5)
Colts (7-6)
Titans (8-5)
Dolphins (9-5)
Texans (8-5)
Colts (7-6)
Vikings (3-10) An OT Loss. So Sad.
Jets (3-10)
Patriots (12-2)
Packers (5-
Bears (13-0)
Chiefs (10-4)
and the final 2 weeks:
Bills (4-9)
Titans (8-5)
Which takes Rich's Opponent Win-Loss Record at:
120 Wins 92 Losses
Is this the leagues toughest schedule?

Re: Get Well Soon Rich
Actually, Rich hasn't played every game unfortunately. The Keys/Jaguars matchup was a sim game. The funny thing is that Stephan even told me he wishes he'd lose that game, so he could tank the season for higher draft picks. Poor Rich couldn't even catch a break then.
Otherwise, this guy has stepped up to the plate every time as far as I remember, and even if he's getting sac. flies and occasionally striking out, he sure has long at-bats.
Also, far and away one of my favorites in this league.

No, Doughboy went out for the year! When!?!
So, if you dont count the Vikes and JEts because they were sims, then his opponents records are 114-72
or
.613 winning percentage.

Re: Get Well Soon Rich
This is why I LTL even though my season has been a catastrophe. Guys like you.
I knew when the season started that the schedule was a bear (and mentioned it on the podcast). I still never thought I'd be looking at 0-16. I figured I'd get a couple wins at least, but they haven't come.
I have a shot this week against the Bills. I am putting everything into this. I'll still get the #1 pick of course (not that I wanted to) but dammit I don't want the o-fer staring at me.

Not sure if it was the Keys or the Vikes sim game, but he's been unavailable to me ever since. He's not listed as injured but I can't get him back in the lineup no matter how many times I shuffle my depth chart.

I just checked the injury report, and it says that he's out for the season with a fractured elbow.
And MJD is out too? That's brutal.

Re: Get Well Soon Rich
But his schedule's toughness is inflated because of the 14 wins those guys got against him. Too soon?
