Game of Thrones

Anyone on the boards watching this series, it is HBO or Sky Atlantic in the UK.
Alot of it was filmed here in Northern Ireland! Woot Woot, big up the big time shows filming here. Also the sunny bits were filmed in Malta.

Starring Sean Bean (Alex Treveylan : 006 in GoldenEye) and Mark Addy (Fred Flintstone in the Vegas movie) both probably putting in their best acting performances in years.
If you can, catch this great show, the 1st Episode was slow start, but since then it's been gripping to watch.

Judge, I always thought I liked you. Perhaps it was due to the fact you have Paulie as your avatar - but not only that, you're from the good side of the pond. I have Game Of Thrones on my SkyHD box ready to go for a big marathon - and by the sounds of it, it's another Sparticus (violence and shagging). Good, wholesome entertainment. Cant wait to see it.

Tis a great series Dan, you will love it; it even got a mention on the 4th String Podcast last week too, which was great news.

I didnt get into Spartacas, basically it seemed there was too much CGI and I couldnt get past that.

Lots of boobs on show in Game of Thrones too.

I have watched the first three episodes. I would really like to go back and read the books.

That's real Edutainment right there, are you Fitch in disguise?

The books can be read anytime, but I really think, enjoy this first series and then hit the book series. The latest will be released in July, and the complete series of books is yet to be completed.
